How to prepare Coconut Oil

Oh no, its milk extracted from fresh coconut.
Keep it for few hours in the fridge.
The milk will serperate from the water.
Just remove the milk solids and put it in the wok.
( of course there will be very little water)
It took me about 10 to 15 minutes.
I put it on slow fire.
